Sorry, SP in his prime blows Arnel off the stage. Not just his power, but he had such an unique voice and perfect pitch. He made Journey in the 80s. Arnel is just a younger knock off of the real deal. No, SP can not sing like he did 30 years ago, cause time has worn his voice down, but nobody, I mean nobody did it better when SP was at his best!!!

Yeah, those of us who grew up listening to Journey, all LOVE Steve Perry and always will. No one can replace him. However, with that said, I saw Arnel with the band in New Orleans in 2009, and it was AMAZING! I'm just thankful that because of him Journey is touring again and the music won't die! JOURNEY will ALWAYS be the BEST band ever!!! Thanks JOURNEY for keeping the music alive! By the way this was Arnel's first concert in this video, and he has improved tremendously since this.
