Psi Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy - Marlena Kesslar

Geez, someone needs to calm down. If you haven't guessed already, Marlena is a master of pyrokinesis, and she'll use it a lot. Like all the other battles, there are two phases:

1st phase - Marlena uses the reactors laser to attack you. It either shoots out small beams that instantly target you or a larger beam which follows you around. When you hear the alarms go off, head behind one of the safe zones that appear, or it's instant death. Use the same tactic for both lasers, just circle around the centre structure and they won't touch you. To damage the reactor, pick up the gas canisters that appear and chuck them at it with TK.

2nd phase - Marlena's pissed now. She can go all kung-fu on your ass, but she prefers to try to toast you. She either fires small shots towards you in an arc, throws a large explosive sphere at you, or creates a clone of herself that follows you and explodes on impact. If you try and confront her head-on, you're gonna be dead within seconds, so use the centre structure to keep away from her. When she sends out her clone, use a canister on it. Keep on chucking canisters at Marlena and she'll give up soon enough.

Mere wrods cannot describe how much I fucking hate this boss, it's damn near impossible to dodge the big-ass laser no matter how much you move around(though hiding behind the cannister rack works) I seriously want to deliver a vicious beating to whoever designed this boss!

@darkrage6 I found her second form with the clones a LOT more annoying, but for me, the most infuriating boss was Wei Lu!

@Dormin87 Oddly enough I played the PC version of this game and she never used the clone attack on me, course I was playing in normal mode, is the clone attack only used on the higher difficulties?

Anyways Wei Lu is actually pretty easy if you just keep on hitting her with Pyrokinesis and don't waste time throwing objects at her.

I found outt hat little trick with Wei Lu by myself, took me six attempts to realise it though :P

Hello there! Yes, you can probably use your guns to kill her in her second form, but it'll take way too long, and you'll probably run out of ammo long before she's dead anyway!

you really need to master moving things with your hands, cause i have a diffcult time lifting the cansters into the machine and keep getting frustrating.. i recommend to practice the training classes intill your master moving things with your hands, cause if you dont, you will be stressed out big time... (thankful for online game walkthroughs)

This was actually one of the easier bosses for me..you just gotta keep on here and don't stop moving :\
