You cant just have the schools passing all these rules against bullying, when you do you just end up with a bunch of stupid rules. The kids need to stand up for themselves, I used to get bullied to all hell, then I punched one of them out when I saw him in the hall. Guess who never got picked on again.
(the minor punishment was worth it)
