  • Hiya... Have you ever tried out DietOramy natural diet (more info on Google)? I've come across large quantities of terrific materials of it and my sis reduced a substantial amount of body mass with it.

  • You know diet + exercise = Good | | | Deit - exercise = you'll get fat fast if you returned to eat fast food!

  • i am poor metabolic person . even though i use to work on treadmill for hour for burning 620 calories . i use to eat all kind of foods even junk foods but small amounts in six times a day . within 1 month i lost 5 kg . but some days i use to go with 2hour for 1240 calories if i got party .
