Is it possible to open CameraRaw straight from photoshop? and work on the opened files?

The most important point was at the end. The Don, Open Object, and Save as buttons. I do not however understand the important differences between these options.

my ps cs5 cant open my raw files and my lightroom can...so is it the same thing atlast l mean l can work in lightroom and transfer raw file in ps cs5 if l want...?
