Government funds were then lent to petrobras.

Obama never gave money to PETROBRÁS, but you say as if US money had devloped Brazilian oil industry. George Soros holds less than 0.9% of PETROBRAS stocks, that makes him a Joe NoOne.
Petrobrás is a 250 billion dollars company and Obama PAYED 2 only billion FOR A JOB.This is not baiolut but TRADE.
I bet 99.9% of US citizens don't know US owes 250 billion Dollars of your debt to Brazilian tax payers.
