I have know this man my whole life, he is the real deal...no HGH, no steriods etc..This is the result of hard work, dedication and knowing how to work for and with his body to achieve health, strength and results. I'd say that if people had half as much dedication to health and what they put into their bodies, they too could achieve amazing results.

Jeanlucaandre is a fucking dumb idiot... What a waste of a degree... Paul Chek's form is impeccable on the deadlift db throw... Paul Chek has great hip mobility and you can see on the eccentric part his Lumbar spine is stabilized and he's obsorbing all the force in his hip flexion with his quads. Then on the concentic part he explodes with his glutes and hamstring into hip extension to fire up his lower body... There is no movement in his Lumbar spine genius.

You mustn't be very well educated in your field because otherwise you'd recognize his spine is completely neutral throughout the entire lift and the weight is being partially caught by the legs. If you say this is dangerous you'd probably say that about deadlifts and olympic lifts.
