I wonder, what makes you so damage resistant?

Nothing really. If you pay attention to the health bar it does go down a lot, but comes back up quickly due to life leech.

@BooneKids I started my very first TQ character with xmax 2x and no cheat items or anything. I've died 30 times in my 12 hours of playtime and i finished act 1 at level 19

You know what I think is very sad about Xmax mod? It's the fact that almost everyone does it with cheats and ChrisRelics and stuff. Why dons people just do it without cheats? THAT would be impressive.
