Derek:*turns around and sees Kayla standing by the door*
Kayla:please stop hurting them!
Derek:*smiles and starts walking towards her*hello Kayla
Kyle:*on the ground breathing hard from the kicks to his stomach*Kayla!
Kay:How the hell could you do this them!?!
Derek:*gets near her and hits her in the stomach with the bat*
Kay:*falls down*
Kyle:Kayla!*trying to get up*
Derek:*hits her again in the stomach with huge force*
Kay:*screams in pain*
Kevin:*wakes up in pain from where he got hit in the head*Kayla?
Derek:*about to hit her again*
Kyle:*rams him to the ground*
Kay:*on the floor having a hard time breathing*
Kev:*gets up and runs over to help Kyle*
*police sirens are heard outside*
Kev:*pulls Kyle off of Derek and grabs Derek by the shirt*you'll fucking regret doing that to my niece!
Derek:*trying to get out of his grip*
Kev:*throws him to the glass table*
Derek:*breaks the table and is bleeding from cuts*
Kev:*goes to Kayla and picks her up*
*police run in and take Derek away*
*ten minutes later and everyone is being checked up by a medical team*
Kev:*sitting behind an ambulence truck*
medical guy:*finishes checking him*okay well you're fine but you will have a headache for the next few days
Kev:*stands up*thank you do you know where my niece is at?
mg:in the ambulance next the police car over there*points in the direction*
Kev:thank you*walks over and sees Kayla being bandaged up in the stomach area*
Kay:*sees him*your mad at me aren't you?*looks down*
Kev:I'm mad at what you did,you disobeyed my orders
Kay:I know I'm sorry but I don't regret what I did,he was hurting you and Kyle
medical girl:*finishes wrapping her stomach*ok sweetie your good to go
Kay:*smiles*thank you*stands up but immediatly falls*
medical girl:*catches her before she hits the ground*sorry sweetheart you have to stay in bed for the next few days
Kay:*sits down*I can't stand for nothing?
mg:just for the restroom and showering but you will need help,your mother can do it
Kev:anything else?
mg:keep the bandages on for a week and when you don't feel pain anymore you can start walking again
Kay:thank you
mg:no problem*smiles and walks away*
Kev:you have no idea what scare you gave me,he could of done worst
Kay:but he didn't
Kev:I'm not gonna yell at you cause I'm pretty sure your dad will do it but I hate myself for bringing you here
Kay:Uncle Kevin,I'm sorry
Kev:*calm*I know you are but I love you and I told you stay in the car for your safety
*a car drives up to the scene*
Nick:*walks out of the car with Miley,Ashley,and Tyler*
Kay:*mumbles*he must be furious
Nick:*walks up to them and looks at Kayla*we will talk about this later,i'll be right back*walks to the police officer*
Kay:*looks down*Dad is mad isn't he?
Miley:*calm*he's mad at what you did but he's glad your okay*kisses her forehead*
Ashley:*to Kevin*How are you feeling?
Kevin:I'm fine*explains what the doctors told him and Kayla*
Tyler:I'm going to go find Kyle and his family*leaves*
*20 minutes later Kayla is waiting for her parents to finish talking to the cops*
Kayla:*inside her dad's car watching the cops*
Tyler:*slides inside next to her and shuts the door*
Kayla:how's Kyle and his family?
Tyler:his sister and mom are finished being checked up they're okay just a couple of bruises
Kayla:and Kyle?
Tyler:take a look*points out the window over at an ambulence*
Kyle:*has his shirt off is covered in bruises*
medical girl:*bandaging his stomach*
Kayla:*looks away*
Tyler:*notices her look away*he's okay just a couple new and old bruises
Kayla:*still can't look at Kyle*what about his stomach?
Tyler:Derek kicked him in the stomach but you were the one who got the worse end of the stick
Kayla:thats good he didn't deserve the worse end
Tyler:*puts his arm around her*you didn't either and how long have you known about this?
Kayla:since this morning,I broke a promise I told him I wouldn't tell anyone*cries again*
Tyler:Its good you did,you saved their lives today
