@nextgenMW2 Yeah no worries, to be fair your father is right, the more academic qualifications you can get the better, and if you want to go military (and get your flying for free!) definitely need those qualifications. You can go to Oxford Aviation Academy without any GCSE or A-level and they will do your training, but it is of course very very expensive. Unfortunately no-one these days will do cadet programs like they used to do, so its either military, or self fund.

@nextgenMW2 I am a pilot, I fly charter in King Airs, all you really need to become a pilot, is money! I have a C in science and normal maths, nothing in geography or information technology, and dont have any form of degree. Oxford Aviation Academy will take you on so long as you have the cash!
