When in the course of human events, unattended grievances make it obviously necessary for citizens to reexamine the structure of their government and bring about change.

We were once a great nation, created by immigrants from foreign lands who populated a bountiful American continent.

We now witness our nation's prestige and our domestic liberties considerably diminished. We, who suffer the consequences of a dysfunctional system of government, seek to reaffirm our founding principles and to improve upon the structure of representative government.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all human beings are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. To secure these rights, Government is instituted in society, deriving its just powers from the consent of the governed.

However, if a Government controlled by special interests becomes unconcerned with the public's wellbeing and destructive of the people's rights, it is the duty, not just the right of the people to change the government to provide new safeguards for the citizens' security and happiness.

The malevolent corrupting power of money on the body politic has caused repeated injuries to the public interest. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a suffering nation and a disillusioned world:

  • I'd really like to know the historical context of that quote if you are able to provide it.

  • You're not "We the People" thus you have no standing to state any claim for which relief can be granted which includes redress of the government. Not one citizen in over 200 year has ever pledged life, fortune, and sacred honor to say they are of the Posterity of the Framers who framed you for the crime of US Enterprise and it's goddess Columbias Endeavor for the Discovery of Atlantis.

    All Challengers will be destroyed so if you don't like the old Atlantis you won't like the new one.

    Representation is of itself a fallacy. You cannot be represented and still be considered sane and competent, therefore the only option if you are sane and competent is to self govern and not be represented.

  • The non-Federal non-Reserve welcomes you to your destitution after 100 years of paying out an annual dividend of 6% to their mega-bank owners while having a .gov website. When you consider that Americans, both ‘democratic/labour’ and ‘republican/conservative’, before 1913 were never subject to this transfer of their wealth to the mega-banks you have to ask yourself how much less poor would the American general public be today without it and how much less warfare the world would have been spared.

  • End the non-Federal non-Reserve and all the other privately owned central banks around the world. JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley are big shareholders in the non-Federal non-Reserve but the general public will never be offered a share. Their website in section 7 states that stockholders receive an annual dividend of 6% as a profit for providing a paper currency. Teach yourself about the Austrian school of economics and you will understand we have centrally planned economies not free market.

  • Only half of 1 percent of Democrats were aware of his existence 3 years ago, and hardly anyone else knew he was running or cared what he had to say.

    Sad but true. Most Dem operatives painted him as a crazed old grump who only goes on Grampa Simpson-esque jeremiads because he can't figure out how to program and iPod, not because we are in the last stages of a crumbling Empire.

    I don't agree with Gravel across the board, and it's too late for him to run again, but he deserves to be heard more.
