Please don't allow your ignorant comments to supercede the urgency of this illness! There IS a Men's Awareness Day it is September 27th of each year. You probably will have a bigoted response to this as well, emphasis;Gay Men. Did you Google to seek out the date or events for Mens Awareness? There's enough Stigma and Ignorance don't contribute. Women are highly affected...over 90,000 have been lost thus far! Be a part of the solution,because if you are NOT, UR the Problem! Judy Calhoun, OMHA-KY

This is an Annual day set aside for women and girls. It is not sexism.

circumcision is absolutely the WRONG way to prevent HIV/AIDS.
There was a study largely ignored by the media and the people promoting this practice, and this study showed that men who HAD HIV already... were MORE LIKELY to transmit the virus to women IF they were circumcised, compared with men who were not circumcised.
This is an incredibly important fact, especially considering that without condoms and better education, men WILL get HIV and continue sleeping around.
circumcision = DANGEROUS.

ELIZA and Western Blot tests are admittedly inaccurate! So why would you submit yourself to an inaccurate test that could potentially cause you trouble for the rest of your life? Considering an HIV+ result requires a different criteria in Canada, USA, Sweden and South Africa, we are NOT dealing with science. This is politics and money. AIDS testing is detrimental to our society's health.
Why this is only about WOMEN and GIRLS HIV threat? Man and boys do not get AIDS?
This is clear example of SEXISM.
