Just a tip that i found works for ME... Work out for 1 hour... take shorter breaks in between... instead of 5 mins. maybe like 1 or 2... it works for ME so i thought i would share.

It's not like 2 hours of constant working out it;s like I'll do my crunches or squats or whatever until a commercial and rest and then start again.
But Thanks for the Advice. It does make me pretty tired since I'm not used to it. I should probably slowly work up to it.
