Here is a video showing some properties of Galinstan, a Gallium/Indium/Tin alloy that is liquid at room temperature. This stuff is pretty much non-toxic, but is also expensive. A eutectic alloy of this freezes at around -19ºC. Unlike mercury, this stuff sticks to everything which can be good or bad depending on your application.
