ケア体操は全身にある関節を覆う膜の不具合を整える運動療法です。可動域を無理なく狭い範囲から広げ5秒かけて3回の収縮を行い15秒間のストレッチを行います。
最初に上肢帯の関節を覆う膜を整えるケア体操の説明をします。
