Position a barbell against the corner of the wall and stand to the side of it.
Stand up tall and twist at your stomach trying to keep your hips from moving.
Keep your arms straight and use your obliques to pull the barbell across your body and lower back slowly to the original position keeping your core drawn in tightly.
