mini id card system is already in place it's like a product if there's demand they will supply it. I'll give you a example. citizens card. who needs one when i have other means of proving my identity. there's nothing cool about having this card but the reverse but hey if thee are blind you need them to see what you see. it's free for under 18's so when they start applying for them they will say there's a demand then it will be forced upon us.
