  • It would be so helpful it you would number these videos....would make it so much easier to follow them.

Other than that one minor little thing...I love your videos.

  • It would indeed be nice to have all the short videos for making challah in a playlist, or as one long video. :)

Thanks though, it is a great recipe!

  • hi guys... how much flour for the challah? can anyone tell me how much gram is a cup?

  • what kind of bread, what kind of oil? You need to be specific.

  • Instant or active dry yeast?

BTW, Julia Child recommends putting all ingredients on a tray beforehand to make sure you have everything you need and that it's readily available. You remove the ingredients once they've been used; it's a great way of keeping inventory and knowing at a glance what has and hasn't been added.

  • y aren't the videos numbered?...i love the simplicity of the bread but is difficult to follow the steps because they do not have consecutive numberings.

  • cant understand why u cant put all the videos in one together?????

  • It best to always use unbleached flour for bread making, it provides more gluten formation.

  • hi Karen, what kind of flour u use for challah bread? I' anxious to make your recipe. and thanks for the beautiful video. salete pond
