  • thanks for the vids dude, subscribed to you long time before. 2 days ago I went to the bookstore and bought myself a book for learning japanese. my friends asked why. I always wanted to learn this language and may do a semester in japan if I feel well prepared.

    greetings from germany!

  • @azncrime No problem bro. I wish you luck with your studies.

  • Quick question regarding the verb-tai. Is it safe to say you can use the same method for 'wanting to ....' for common/general verbs? I think I understand the concept of formulating the ending, -masu form of the verb but replace -masu with -tai. So, for example, would 'shitai' be 'want to do,' 'nomitai' be 'want to drink,' 'hanashitai' be 'want to speak,' ect?

  • @Involution765 Yep, you're right. All you would have to do is replace the masu with tai and you're good to go.

  • ありがとう Laoshu, quality work. Quality.

Thanks for the text in the description, I was struggling to write it out myself, but I made many mistakes as I'm new to Japanese text input and have only just started on hiragana.

  • @boabysands123 Hey, no problem man. More will be coming soon.

  • Great vid and thanks for the help. I've been studying and trying my best to learn how to speak Japanese for a while, but since I'm not such a great learner that memorize I tend to lose motivation. I hope that I will soon be able to write and speak to navigate my way around Japan
