@veerarajm India doesnt support the LTTE anymore. They only did at the begining of the conflict following Black July. And they could have done this for humanitarian or strategice reason-who knows? But more recently India blocked all UN resolution to prevent or investigate the 2009 genocide so they are supporting the government. I hope Sri Lanka does become closer to China because then all of humanities greatest enemies will bundled into 1 corrupt and evil package that we can target.

@munstud You know the real problem is the amount of power and impunity the Sinhalese nationalist, so-called Buddhist monks and political leaders have. If we could fix those problems, prosecute all perpetrators of atrocities and give the Tamil people a voice to speak the truth about the injustices inflicted upon them, then we wouldnt need an indepndant state. This seems like an unfeasible goal but I think its more practical than the Elam idea. Germany proves this solution is possible.
