Anyone notice that an overhead view of that water city represents the eye? Look at a video called "cyclical circles". I forgot where in the video but you'll see an image of tree branches and trunks that converge to a center. It matches that overview image perfectly. It's an image of the eye. I think it relates to the fact that there is a world beyond the one that we see with our eyes and in reality our eyes create a world that we want to see.
