Miley Cyrus Teen Choice Awards Performance - Party in the USA (HQ!)

This is the performance of miley performig her new song from her ep, Party in the USA.
IT was performed on the Teen Choice Awards 2009 which aired Monday, August 10th.
This was also the first time she performed this song.
Its apart of her ep called, The Time of Our Lives.
It will be released at walmart on August 31st!
