Is your HKS SSQ plummed back into the turbo intake? That could be part of the issue. Also, if its venting to atmos the spring tensioner might be too loose. Try to tighten it and see how you go.

I would like to ask the same question =D I have an HKS Super Sequential on mine which sounds very similar, but doesn't flutter like this one!
