You dont need the best computer out there. It runs smooth on my Eee PC 900, and that is 900mhz processor.

its a computer joy pad(you can assign the joypad to use keys on keyboard) and then u use the joypad to use in remotejoy.(remote joy can control the psp) keypad>remotejoy>psp
