Okay so I discovered its better to take one frozen fruit/veggies in the freezer bag out of the freezer and put it in the fridge overnight so by morning, its thawed out a little. trying to blend 100% frozen veggies tends to overwork the blender and make a veggie frozen shake vs a smoothie lol. also chop up the veggies like the broccoli into smaller pieces for easier blending. add more water if it gets too thick to blend too.

  • Steve I juice everyday here is a suggestion. Never use frozen veggies, it messes up the machine with time and also the flavoring is not as good. It's just too cold. Here is a list of veggies/fruits I use: parsley, ginger root, cucumber, brocolli, apples, lemon, endive, carrots and kale.
