  • I disagree on that, it much easier to muscle up on the bar opposed to the rings. The bar is static while on the rings you have to balance your whole body throughout the entire movement.

  • That's absolutely correct. Muscle ups are much easier on rings.

  • dont do 1 arm at a time. by doing so you are developing 1 side to overcompensate for the movement.
