Metal Detecting Michigan Tot Lots Gold April 06, 2010

Hi Everyone, i went out on April 6th and hit a few tot lot areas. Best find of the day was a bracelet marked J 14k and a heart that is marked 925 ct or 935 ct. I had a total of 30 coins for the day and a few other finds. Best of luck to all of you on your next hunts. HH.......Dave

@GDFLS Hi & thanks for watching, Lots of history by you, if your just starting out, i would buy something that is easy to use, i know a lot of people that use the Garrett ace 250, and i only hear great things about the detector, i think you can buy them for around $220 , but there are other good brands out there too. Have a good one, best of luck to you when you get your detector. HH

tot lots are great! i found a 14k gold chain and a 925 earring today..both firsts for me..i will definitely be going back as i got rained out and only hunted half of it...HH!
