first time i've ever heard the term hypermiling. but it's rad. glad it saves gas/the environment/money. it cracks me up because when i really think about it, it fits you perfectly justin-a previous manual driver now turned automatic had to throw some sort of a twist onto his basically cruise control driving...so why not throw in shifting on an automatic? haha.
