  • Squat - 120kg

    Chin - 40kg + belt

    Muscle up - 55lbs (although I didn't count this last one as I couldn't straighten out.

  • @AlexPownallPK driving from the heels is universal in lifting, and its always good to put a focus there. Alex if his squat was fine he wouldn't be looking for advice on how to tweak it. If you have any logic that goes against my given tips I would be happy to discuss.
