Orisinal - Rainmaker

This was a "project" that I worked on over winter break. On http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/ that site, I played http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/g2/rainmaker.htm this game. And I thought - "This would make a nice song to put on for YouTube!" But unfortunately, I couldn't find the sheet music to it... and since I was incredibly bored over my winter break, I spent time transcribing it on my Finale Notepad by ear. I was surprised it took only an hour to transcribe the entire thing, since I never thought I was good with playing anything by ear.




Sigh.. right now, I'm studying for my last two semester exams for this week... so stressing! Physics and U.S. history sucks. :( Wish me good luck on maintaining my straight A's! haha

i'm sure it sounds much more dramatic in person, and it's a very nice job; however, when you are recording with digital equipment, sound quality is probably going to be reduced unless you have professional equipment....so something to keep in mind while recording, make everything more distinguished and dramatic! i.e. dynamics, etc
