great video Charlie i serached almost all of your but couldnt find one that concentrated on the bicept and forearms. If u have one pls send the link to me and if u dont please make one , i realy enjoy your videos , becouse i love to work out too but dont know many exercises. Thank you , keep on the awesome work!

Don't you think, you'll get more out of Burpees instead of Mountain Climbers? That should kick your butt more than just Mountain Climbers ;)

Are you making your workouts every day for just 20 minutes? In Germany, Experts have the opinion, that you should do at least 30 minutes, because the body starts burning fat after 30 minutes and that yiou should do your exersices only every secound or third day because your body build muscles in the breaks between the workouts.
Do you think that every day for a shorter time is better then every secound day for a longer time?
You should be in some sort of action movie. Think about it.
