The models then had tons of personality. These days, they're a bunch of blank faces with zero characters...the better to show off the clothes of course, which I think is a ridiculous.

The models were absolutely more elegant and beautiful. They had that mysterious elegant look to them. The late 80's and early 90's was sooo excellent. I am glad I grew up in that time. Linda Christy and Neomi were the modeling trinity, big hair and full brows.....Aaahahhhhhh ...good times...very good times!
