Root canal technology is discussed by a Farmington Hills endodontist from the Michigan Association of Endodontists in this news feature on WDIV-TV Detroit.
bullshit. if the root is severely infected, it will affect the pH balance of the anesthetic and there will still be pain. Having a microscope won't fix it. How much did this clinic pay to advertise on the news?
sorry to disagree with all of you, but you are all uninformed.
1. The microscope helps the Dr. with the procedure,has nothing to do with the anesthetic;
2. while true that the infection changes the pH, an infected tooth often doesn't have any "live nerve tissue" anyway, so there is no pain;
3. the entire procedure can be done in less than one hour.

I agree with mckenn25 .. the microscope has nothing to do with the pain...
it's very clear it's only an adertisement for general people not for smart ones or doctors...!!!!
