I just bought a ZJ ex drag car and was heavily leaning on my tax return to turn it street legal and the ATO gave me stuff all. Now i am out of cash haha, but I only need to change to diff ratio and legalise the exhaust. It has twin 3" dumpers but they don't run over the diff and its LOUD as hell.

@Strat0Blues nah not yet, its on straight gas now, so tank will be coming out which will allow twin 2 1/4's out to the back, cant do it with a petrol tank in the back.

also considering diff turbo but its all a matter of money

nice rig man, ive got a ZJ that had a 350HP 351 clevo in it with a C10, 3000rpm stall, and 9 inch with 3.9's and a spool. but i blew the motor at heathcote raceway. watching this made me sad, i miss it... lol.

Good to see the old square Fairlanes being restored - to many have been stripped for utes and sedan projects or have just died from many years of hard work - they were a strong car in their time! Great job!

@33oj cheers mate, this is a few years old now, has had fc/fd tail lights and fe ltd grille for a while now, as well as xix 19" rims, looks a million times better
