No it doesnt depend at all. Cleanliness has no boundaries, irrespective of what country or zip code one has. Microbes and viruses and general dirt can breed under any circumstances - hot and humid / cold and dry makes little difference. This is a common misconception. Considering the strenghth of the super bugs out there that are able to eat of healthy living skin off people's faces, It would be very wise to rethink that comment.

lose weight. if your at normal body weight this is good, drink water lots of it, stay away from sugar, eat clean natual foods like vegies, and fish, or chicken grilled. No fried foods, no beef, or any means wil lots of fats and oils. shower at night then shower in the morinig to wash of the bacteria that grows on you at night.

I do not suffer from body odor because I have a bath every once a week.. bathing is important.. though during summer by the end of the week I start smelling a bit so in summers I generally have a bath twice a week
