Good stuff here brother. Looks a bit like some of the Xing Yi Quan I've been doing recently. I wonder if you can comment on bodily alignments and the such, in regards to their important in the progression of this movement. The Systema I studied for years never emphasized this and I'm not sure Silat does either, however, I find alignments to be very important (a point emphasized in Xing Yi). Thanks in advance!

Thank you. I actually talk alot about it in my taiji videos. Please do check them out.. I think honestly my understanding and development of Silat wouldn't be half of what it is if I hadn't been training taiji (still am now btw lol). Cheers
