Lol, this was not a con, nor was an interview. This was in a moot in a pub in northen irland. Where George and the brotherhood (international fans and gamers) organised an evening for some fans and a few of the casting members for the HBO pilot of his book. Many couple have actually met at these moots, so it is natural for them to propose at such. Yes, most of these mots happen at cons, but they are notthing but informal.
