Is it just me or do you think Bugy is slightly influenced by the pillows?? They sound similar, especially with that lead guitarist doing a similar technique as Manabe's in "Hybrid Rainbow"~~

@YuzaSan13 Hmm... while it's not impossible, I would say probably not. If anything, Radiohead is most and extremely apparent in their earlier work. The guitarist is mainly influenced by British punk sound. Some bands that the band has listed as influences: Unicorn, The Blankey Jet City, The Yellow Monkey, Cowpers, The Clash, The Mods, U2, The Police, The Specials, Sinead O' Connor, Sonic Youth, Radiohead, Bloodthirsty Butchers, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Nirvana.

I get my stuff from HMV Japan since the prices aren't too bad when they have a good sale going on. You can also find their stuff from Amazon Japan(probably the best selection), Yesasia or CD Japan... some are a little pricier than others :) hope that helps.

Yeah umm, they're not really emo. During the time this video came about, they were more alternative but now they're more garage-indie sort of thing.

@sswizard They were originally a alternative & punk band, and traditionally punk bands aren't meant to be popular, hence they weren't so popular in Japan. Now they're more into the indie-rock genre, but most Japanese people prefer J-pop.
