@cookingtheeasyway ok nws,for the qusa i use only meat and rice and pine nuts with seasoning, i use laban me3zy with a little bit of water let that boil, add garlic to it and just put the qusa and let it cook through and then add the dry mint

@zeragito , To tell you the truth, i got this music from youtube audio, i had to do an audio swap on the music on this video for copyright issues. the music is by Arabanda, and i think the name of the singer is Shams. you may buy it at emusic, itunes or amazon in an mp3 format.
