@Beancroc A lot of ppl are delusional that JDS doesn't stand a chance. Reem will be 32 when he faces JDS. 32,33 is the benchmark when most fighters start to breakdown. It's no coincidence lately Rampage, Fitch, Penn, Shields are declining, it's age. JDS is a good 5 years younger and is very skilled. Reem hasn't faced younger skilled opponents except for Badr Hari. In the rematch Hari beat him. Peter Aerts was 40 whenReem won the K1 championship. Age will become a factor with Reem soon.

(if)it goes to the ground of course...
Either way both fighters have ko power and good stand-up i think jds his speed could be a problem for reem....
but if reem catches jds with a big knee to the face or one of his heavy ko hooks
jds wil go down ..there are better stand-up fighters who went down by just one of those heavy knees or punches by reem ..
So jds hits reems knees jds sleeps reem eats :)
(lol) but a fight is a fight so you never know
-
i see it the other way the only way jds can win is by a fast ko like he did against cain
if reem is able to overpower him he wil win if reem is patient and waits for his moment he could win it easy ..i dont see jds taking more than 3 ubberknees ..
of course both fighters are all round be it on the ground or feet ..
If jds catches reem on the chin with one of his fast combinations reem is dead
but i dont think jds wants to be under allis when it goes to the ground..

@7117Rocker Brock wasn't #1 at the time of this fight. JDS was #1 at the time, then Cain was #2, and Brock was considered by most to be #3 or #4.

@Beancroc We'll see. Overeem is a great chance against JDS for sure, but....I'm not going to count JDS out just yet. JDS is a savage in the octagon and gets better everytime I think he fights. Should be a great fight either way and cannot wait!

@mrpasorobles It's a striker vs striker. This guy has beaten the best strikers that are trained to be strikers, like Badr for example,or Aerts. strikers in UFC do not match the pro kickboxers at their own game. And we all know what JDS likes to do,and we all know that Overeem is better at that :)

funny how dana said allistair wasnt a top 10 hw and he smashed brock who was the num 1 hw at the time

@mrpasorobles More like too inexperienced, too underqualified, too weak, and too unprepared.

I really like JDS. I think he is good fighter and an even better person. Mad respect for him. But, Overeem is going to beat the ever loving shit out of him.
