  • I'm in awe. Wow.

  • @samothsamothsamoth Indeed.

  • @nordhorny : Hi, a insider said: every year the tt was a better and safer ride.... but this was in 1983! About 27 years ago!!!!!!! I miss Joey very deeply.... with a big camera onboard ruins his handling, but Joey take the best cause he was the best rider in world. I have a movie: road racer in 1977 with his younger brother and Frank Kennedy, Ruther;Cullough and his brother-in-law Mervyn Robinson unforgotten. This was true racing! With the dead at every minute or second, only skill counts!

  • Yeah Joey , A bit bumpy here and there !!! i'll just go and change me shorts after watching this !! Top man Joey The Best..

  • people need to understand, this was a world class lap in its day, perhaps the first world class lap with a camera on board a bike - a big heavy camera which upset the handling of the bike. None the less, this was a 110+mph lap from a standing start, with all the slower riders getting in the way, when the outright racing lap record from a FLYING lap was only around 116mph. Those who think they can do better, well, lets see ya...

  • Legend. RIP Joey

  • How is that not Joey??

  • I'm American and we only get a little Isle of Man coverage on TV each year. But I miss Joey and think about him any time I see a road race.

  • I can assure you its as it was with no need for trickery he was just ace
