Got grease? Line an empty jar or coffee can with aluminum foil and pour it in. When it hardens, remove the foil, fold it up, and toss. Smooth!

@JBloomfield1990 I save my cottage cheese, and whipped cream containers and just dump it in there, after it cools. I snap the lid on and toss it in the bin.
