Male and female caribou both grow antlers. The only antlered animals to do this.

I thought female caribou also grew antlers, even though they are smaller antlers than the males.

Maybe it's the lakota in me but do you think those antlers contain any medicinal properties or trace elements/minerals? would be awesome to grind them up if they did and make some natural remedies.
