Laithwaites Customer Service

This is my second attempt to contact Laithwaites customer service to complain about a faulty bottle of wine. The recorded phone call from the first attempt proves that they didn't do what they claimed. Don't think I'll be ordering from Laithwaites wine again.

13th of January now and still no voucher from Laithwaits for the faulty bottle of wine, despite being told TWICE that I would receive it.

I wonder if they've even bothered to send it this time?

OMG have you actually got NOTHING better to do? you called up about a "bad" bottle was offered DOUBLE of what that bottle was worth, moan about the voucher,if you were bothered you'd have called up about it before then.Also if you had been that arsed about the offers you would have called up and mentioned the voucher n ordered!All you wanted to do was be a pathetic small man wanting to moan.the guy said he believed you about the call yet you had to be a smarmy arse about it n play it PATHETIC

So... to sum up... at the busiest time of the year, an op makes a mistake over a £10 voucher for a £5 bottle which you don't get, there's a credit on your account which you haven't questioned or checked, another (polite) operator offers to look at deals for you, and you make this film?

BTW - been drinking LW wines for 2/3 years, and NEVER had a bad bottle, poor op experience or complaint. Nor bad taste in shirts...
