Incidently, this is why the Hmong in Laos --- a country that, despite its ruggedness, still has a lot of fertile, open space for AGRICULTURE & animal husbandry --- should be learning modern agricultural techniques.
The 1.35 Billion people in China (particular the poor Hmong there) are STRUGGLING to find any & all available nooks and crannies to grow crops... Hmong in Laos, therefore, should learn to MAXIMIZE their crop & animal productions, & target giant China as THE MARKET for their products.
Pov Yaj will likely create a little niche, "Hmong market," for himself.
And that's a smart thing to do, given the hundreds to thousands of Hmong from the West.... who are, after 2 generations in the West, beginning to be affluent enough to go around the world. And with China being their ancestral home, thousands will eventually visit it, yearly.
But Pov Yaj should train himeslf to be more than a Hmong guide; he should specialize in local ethnic people & issues, & show ALL tourists around.
@ncigntujyang Must you always think of skirt-chasing everywhere you go?
