I've heard the Christmas version before, narrated by Dr. Elmo Shropshire on his CD "Up Your Chimney" (2000). But this version about the calves amused me as well. :)

I'm so glad Elmo's version led you here. This is actually 'The Original', the words being taken straight from my Dad (pictured in the prologue). We adjusted it for Elmo to bring it into Christmas.
