Free Jerry Laberdee Rally

On May 18, 2011 Medical Herb Providers, a
Spokane, WA based non-profit medical
cannabis collective, was raided by the DEA
with the assistance of the Spokane Police
Department.

Directors Jerry Jaberdee and Dennis Whited
were not arrested on the day of the raid,
however both men received federal
indictments on behalf of a grand jury on
July 20, 2011.

While awaiting trial, Jerry Laberdee
reportedly violated his probation
by refusing to submit to a drug
screen.

As of today, August 30, 2011, Jerry
has been locked up in the Spokane
County Jail for a little over a week.

Jerry has not eaten since he
was taken into custody.
