I would not be surprised if it's not anywhere on the internet. If I have the time I might make scans of the Elder/Miller translation that I have, very rare book and very accurate. One of the reasons the Baha'is suppressed the book for 150 years or so, aside from the fact that they knew it would hurt their growth, was that they were figuring out how to massage/spin/alter the text. Their official version will likely be heavily filtered, though I have not seen it.
