An effective distress call can mean the difference between life and death, but rescue agencies are frequently rendered helpless by inadequate distress calls, or distress calls that are never made. Emergency Radio Procedures is a concise training tool designed to equip seamen and boaters with the knowledge it takes to react effectively in a crisis.
