Turkey does not recognize an Independent Kurdish state.. otherwise has no intension to intervene with Iraqi internal federal status and it's kind. PlusTurkey getts the biggest cake now in trade and services like contstruction, transport and oil deals via the only pipeline Kirkuk - Ceyhan terminal at Turkish coast. But PKK is not acceptable. Now..when PKK comes to certain strength, Turkey bombs and puts hot pursuit to keep it down. When US leaves Turkey will wipe PKK out.

Israel and USA are traveling on a path that contravenes the establihsed path of incorporation international law to establish ONE Rule of Law that is suscribed to by the international community. Israel wars are purposed to negate international law and demands that the global community approbate it's contravention thus a de facto two standards of interntional law.

The purpose of international law is international peace and security through through development of international law to address the conduct of nation-states.

Historically, wars have contributed to the codification international law to close the gaps of international law relations.

This is the substantive issue that the leadership of all states should grasp: destruction of international law in injurious to the sovereignty of all states and not just Palestine: complicates the diplomatic relations and relatiove resolution of respective bi-lateral and/or multi-lateral issues.

The USA ambiguity of the likud model as applied to UNGA 181 occupied Palestine and which is being applied to Iraq northern area dilutes, erodes, or otherwise circumvents international to the detriment of the soveriegnty of all states.
